The Coach House B&B is Detached from the main Farm House allowing complete Privacy. Access is via stairs to the side of the building.
The Coach House B&B studio has an en-suite shower room , one king size double bed and a single with an optional screen. The Coach House is not suitable for small children.
The Coach House B&B lounge area features a sofa, armchair, coffee tables, dining table and chairs.
The Farm has extensive and beautiful grounds with seating facilities for guests.
The Coach House Bed and Breakfast is just 5 minutes away from the M27 in a lovely rural setting within easy reach of Portsmouth and Chichester.

The Detached Coach House lies within the grounds of a 17th Century farmhouse
in Northney village, Hayling Island with its pretty thatched cottages and farms.
BED AND BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATION
The Coach House B&B Hayling Island is easily accessible from Portsmouth, Chichester and Havant and is ideal for 2/3 persons. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and spacious with a 40ft studio, stripped pine flooring and colourful rugs. There is an ensuite shower room, king size bed and single bed with optional screen.

The Lounge/Dining area with fresh flowers has coffee tables, sofa and armchair plus
dining table and chairs.

There are tea/coffee making facilities plus biscuits, hot night drinks and fresh fruit.
There is a TV, radio, fridge, microwave, china, trouser press, all linen, ironing facilities,
hair dryer etc.
The Farm House
A full English breakfast of your choice is included and is served in the old beamed
farmhouse or a full Continental breakfast can be served in the Studio. Seating is
provided in the delightful large mature grounds. There is ample parking for cars and
boats and safe storage for bicycles and surf boards etc.

As The Coach House is detached (access being via an external staircase) complete
privacy is assured.
